with 32 kg 4×10 l,r , 1×30 total so total 110 reps.
with 40 kg 3×5 l,r
double military press – 5×5
two hands anyhow – 2×1 with 32kg+24kg
bent press – 40kg
Tried to press the beast, but today at the end of the training…did not succeed, but very close. Tried with 40kg, it was way too easy though…:)
Cant wait tonight training…
